The priest at Alimago Island. He is typically mild-mannered toward others, but he has it out for Norikata. He warns Shirley, who works as Norikata’s assistant, to not get involved with him. After learning from Kiritsugu that Shirley has become a Dead Apostle, he goes to warn the village but is killed on the way.
